Once received, we have to disassemble the pieces to be personalized, make them in the chosen quality and sew them, all this in an artisanal way and with great care, so that when you receive them you have a totally new pair and that you will not suffer problems with the seams or glues.
Q: CAN'T I GET THEM EARLY?
A: At the end of the purchase we offer you a preferential service that allows you to have the shoes in a maximum of two weeks, we will request everything by urgent service, we will put your shoes first in the customization area and we will send them by an express courier with 24-hour service.
Q: HOW CAN I MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS AUTHENTIC?
A: All of our shoes are purchased from authorized stores, and all of our materials are purchased and authenticated at Vestiarie Collective our highest priority is authenticity, you can read more about it here.
