Q: WHY DOES IT TAKE 3 TO 5 WEEKS TO ARRIVE?
A: Being a service upon request, once we receive it we have to locate the shoes. Depending on the model you choose, it can reach us between 2 and 15 days, there are models that do not exist in stock in Spain and we have to buy it in the United States, which delays the arrival due to authentication, shipping and customs times. Once received, we have to disassemble the pieces to be personalized, make them in the chosen quality and sew them, all this in an artisanal way and with great care, so that when you receive them you have a totally new pair and that you will not suffer problems with the seams or glues.
Q: CAN'T I GET THEM EARLY?
A: At the end of the purchase we offer you a preferential service that allows you to have the shoes in a maximum of two weeks, we will request everything by urgent service, we will put your shoes first in the customization area and we will send them by an express courier with 24-hour service.
Q: HOW CAN I MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS AUTHENTIC?
A: All of our shoes are purchased from authorized stores, and all of our materials are purchased and authenticated at Vestiarie Collective our highest priority is authenticity, you can read more about it here. At the time of your purchase, in the cart, You can request that we send you by email the purchase invoices for your chosen pair and the quality with which it will be personalized.
Q: CAN THEY BE RETURNED?
A: Each pair is purchased and personalized following the buyer's instructions, so it is not possible to return it. We recommend that you ensure the size by asking for a model that you already have or the person you are going to give to has. You can also review the size guide for each of the brands here.
Q: ARE THERE SHIPPING COSTS?
A: Shipping costs are free throughout Spain, including the Peninsula, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
